Brought on to direct Condé Nast Traveler’s blockbuster food travel show, I embedded with crew and talent in the belly of Bangkok and dove into the chef’s culinary world. In the chaos of the city I had to roll with whatever challenges the city presented and weave them into the narrative, or drive it through the narrative in the case of a rouge motorcycle. I merged the world of documentary with the art of conversation, resulting in a piece that makes you feel as if you are actually dining alongside the chef instead of just watching.
